As an experienced HR Professional, Mrs. Anitha Suresh has the agility to partner with businesses & efficiently address all aspects of HR requirements, enhancing the human capital of the client organization. In particular, she excels in the placement of IT Professionals, at various levels, as per client requirements.
She has a long history of matching the right people with temporary and permanent roles. She has been helping many businesses minimize their time to recruit and cut costs considerably. She has a human touch with empathy and the candidates find it authentic.
She is a graduate from Bangalore University. She holds a certificate in counseling & psychology, child psychology from Royale Institution, Malaysia.

Mr. S. Janakiram is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience across diverse industries. He holds a Master’s degree in International Business Operations and a Postgraduate qualification in Computer Programming and Applications.
With more than 31 years of industry experience, Mr. Janakiram has developed strong, well-rounded expertise that enables him to guide the organization from both technical and strategic perspectives. His professional strengths include Project Financing, International Consulting, Project Development, and Human Resource Management.
Throughout his career, he has built a deep understanding of businesses operating across multiple sectors and has been actively involved in several large-scale transactions within Investment Banking. His experience spans industries such as Telecom, Information Technology, Media & Entertainment, Engineering, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Investment Services, and Insurance.
Mr. Janakiram’s leadership combines strategic insight, technical knowledge, and extensive industry exposure, enabling him to contribute significantly to business development, project execution, and long-term organizational growth.
MADHUKIRANA S. K.

Mr. Madhukirana S. K. is a seasoned technology and business leader with over 27 years of distinguished experience across the IT and telecommunications sectors, having held senior leadership positions with HCL, Siemens, and Accenture. An Engineering graduate in Electronics Engineering from Bangalore University, he brings strong technical depth combined with strategic leadership capabilities. His expertise spans IT infrastructure strategy, global transition and transformation programs, cloud and infrastructure operations, and enterprise service management, with a consistent focus on operational excellence, scalability, security, and cost optimization. Recognized for his strategic vision and disciplined execution, he has successfully led complex, multi-geography programs aligned with global standards including ITIL, ISO 27001, ISO 20000 and ISO 22301. As Co-Founder and Director of JSUMAK Enterprises Private Limited, he drives innovation, sustainable growth, and long-term value creation across diverse business domains.

Legal Consultant
